The service includes comprehensive assistance with Microsoft 365 email and productivity applications such as Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive/SharePoint Libraries. It also covers Active Directory tasks including adds, moves, and changes; basic Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) support; Microsoft mobile device support; subscription licensing provisioning; and tenant management. Additionally, the service includes support for application installations.
